If you'd like a different format than I'm offering, please don't hesitate to tell me, or get Calibre and do your own conversion (in which case I'd be grateful for a copy).
If you'd like a different format to convert from, I can provide .odt or .rtf.
If you're really good with epub and can clean up my pitiful efforts, I'll probably be willing to pay you actual money to do that: please mail me!
